1 | cup | red bell pepper strips | |

1 | cup | sliced carrots | |
|
|||
3 | cups | broccoli florets | |
|
|||
1 | pkg. | gourmet sausage, any variety, diagonally cut into 1/3-inch slices | |

|||
1 | can | (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | prepared stir-fry sauce | |
|
|||
Hot cooked white or brown rice | |||

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pepper and carrots. Stir-fry until pepper beings to soften slightly. Add broccoli; stir-fry until broccoli begins to turn dark green. Add gourmet sausage, water chestnuts and stir-fry sauce. Increase heat to high; cook until sausage is heated through. Serve over rice.
